MAN RK280 Engine

It was specifically designed for extreme-duty applications, requiring complete reliability in every system and component. HEI was chosen to design and provide the interconnection rails utilized in the engine’s instrumentation and electrical systems. These rails were meticulously engineered to withstand severe mechanical, thermal, and operational stresses, guaranteeing secure and reliable connectivity in one of the most challenging engine environments ever developed. Our participation in the RK280 project showcases HEI’s capability to deliver precision-engineered solutions for leading power systems, adhering to stringent standards on truly high-profile engineering projects.
Allens 5000 EFI Engine
The Allens 5000 EFI Engine represents a cutting-edge engine platform that prioritizes precision control, efficiency, and reliability. Featuring state-of-the-art electronic fuel injection, this engine necessitates reliable instrumentation and electrical connections that can facilitate accurate monitoring and control in challenging operating environments. HEI Engineering provided the interconnection rails for the Allens 5000 EFI Engine, ensuring robust and precisely crafted connectivity within the engine’s instrumentation systems. These rails are designed to fulfill stringent performance and durability standards, guaranteeing consistent electrical integrity in a high-output, electronically controlled engine setting. Paxman VP185 Engine
The Paxman VP185 is a highly regarded high-speed diesel engine, utilised in a wide array of applications such as marine vessels, passenger ferries, rail traction, and industrial power systems.
